Do you have any Spec or Ready for Purchase homes?
We build one to two spec homes a year and the information will be on our website if we have anything available. Please visit our Available Homes Page  

Do your prices include the property (lot)? If not, do you have lots available to purchase?
Our pricing is turnkey pricing based on building the home on your lot. We do not keep a large inventory of vacant lots. However, it's possible we do have a few available and they will be shown on our website. Please see our available lots here.

Is there someone I can speak to regarding finding a lot?
Yes, please visit our Model Home and one of the realtors on site can assist you with finding a lot or contact us online and we will have a realtor reach out to you.

If you're not familiar with SW Florida and have questions about the different towns we build in, what style or type of homes are common in the area or the type of waterfront properties available, the realtors at our model are very experienced in helping you find the perfect property for your new home.

How long does it take to build a home?
Depending on market conditions, our workload, size, and uniqueness of a project the timeline to get your new home under construction can vary.  Please contact our office to confirm the current lead times.

Once the building permit is ready it takes on average 12-16 months to construct your home.

Do you offer financing?
We do not have in-house financing, but we do work with several local lenders that can assist you with your new home construction loan.

Is the Pool included in the price of the home?
No, pool packages are not included in our prices. We allow clients to work directly with our pool contractors, so they get exactly what they want.

Can I make changes to a plan?
Yes, of course! We can make any changes you wish to our plans or help you customize design your own plan. Keep in mind that several changes can result in longer design times, but we are happy to accommodate them.  

Do you have a model home?
Yes, we have a model of our La Palma Estate  floorplan and it's usually open 7 days a week. Please click here for the address and hours of operation.

Do I need an appointment to visit your model home?
No appointments are needed.  

Where do you build?
Cape Coral, Bokeelia, St James City, Pine Island, and Fort Myers.  

Do you have an upgrade list?
No, we don't have a standard upgrade list. We are a completely custom home builder, and we will work with you to price the exact upgrades & plan changes you choose.  

Can I pick out what finishes go into my home?
One of the best things about working with Tundra Homes is getting to pick out exactly what you want. From countertops, cabinets, flooring, tile, paint to other finishes – you'll work with our interior designer to make all your selections to customize and personalize your new home.

What is included in the price of the home?

We pride ourselves on providing detailed specification sheets for our homes, so you have peace of mind knowing exactly what is included in your new home project. To see what is included view the specifications on each floor plan page. Here is an example of the Tortuga IV Floorplan Specifications.
