At Tundra Homes, we are firm believers in NO HIDDEN FEES. When we give you a price we include everything it will take to build your home. From impact fees, site work & landscaping, to finish products, such as appliances & light fixtures and everything in between, you can be confident you will never be caught off guard by hidden costs. Before a contract is signed or a deposit is given you will get detailed specifications for your home.
